Find out more about Precious Metal Products' services businesses and manufacturing businesses.

What we offer you

We offer a three year graduate development programme made up of 12-monthly rotational assignments providing the broadest exposure to our manufacturing and refining operations. You'll get the opportunity to define your own contribution and influence live business issues.

You will be supported through structured projects and leadership training. We also offer you a mentor throughout your graduate assignment.

We also recruit directly into jobs in the Precious Metals Products Division outside of this programme. The bulk of our graduates join PMP via this route and become functional or technical specialists, for example, in the field of engineering, material science, chemistry, finance, HR or IT.

Subject to strong performance and on-going development, these graduates may also progress to management positions, or alternatively, they may advance by becoming technical experts in their field.
