These positions begin with a two-year training scheme, rotating through three roles, leading to a hugely rewarding graduate job within the research and development team. You will be working at the leading-edge of R&D in a broad range of exciting process catalyst, chemical and absorbent technologies.
As soon as you embark on your first rotation, you will be given technical and general business skills training. Developing both your personal and professional qualities is really important to us, so you'll have your own mentor to guide and advise you.
