Peter is our Group Global Services and Transformation Director. He is a cross-functional business leader with a passion for driving innovation and growth through teamwork and problem-solving.

Peter joined JM in 2020 to lead a comprehensive programme of growth, productivity and process improvement for the Clean Air business. He has more recently been leading our Transformation focus during a time of great change, working with GLT colleagues and teams across JM to shape our programmes and ensure we deliver to plan. 

Prior to joining JM, Peter led an early stage spin-out from Cambridge University, developing micron-scale metal foams for heat transfer, and spent 21 years at Honeywell International in various operations, commercial and strategy roles within the automotive and building controls industries.
