Amorphous dispersion

Amorphous dispersion is a strategy used to improve the solubility and oral bioavailability of poorly water-soluble pharmaceutical compounds. In these systems an amorphous active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is stabilised by a polymer to produce an arrangement with improved physical and solution stability.

• Increased solubility and bioavailability

• Stabilised amorphous forms

• Controlled particle size distribution
