EASY-FLO products

These products are general-purpose silver brazing fluxes. They can be used on the common engineering metals including copper, copper alloys (brass, bronze, nickel silver, copper nickel), nickel alloys, steel, stainless steel and tungsten carbide.

They are available in both paste and powder form and with varying working range, activity and overheat resistance and can be supplied according to Rolls-Royce (MSRR 9500) specification.

EASY-FLO™ flux powder has excellent flux pick-up onto warm brazing rod when using the hot rodding technique.

EASY-FLO Flux Powder is a globally renowned white silver brazing flux powder. It is a leading brand flux popular with both distributors and end users.

EASY-FLO Flux Powder is used on most common engineering metals (excluding aluminium). It is an excellent flux pick-up onto warmed brazing rod when using ‘hot-rodding’ technique.

It can be used on stainless steel at <700˚C.

EASY-FLO 100 Flux Paste is an excellent smooth white general purpose silver brazing flux. It is also sold as MATTIFLUX™ 100 Flux Paste in certain markets.

It is used on most common engineering metals (excluding aluminium) especially for ferrous materials

Special purpose

EN1045 Working Range
FH10 550 - 750oC

 

EASY-FLO Low Temperature Grade Paste is a thin smooth white paste. It is a general purpose silver brazing flux also marketed as EASY-FLO Dipping Grade Flux Paste.  It is used on most common engineering metals (excluding aluminium) and on copper and copper alloys.

EASY-FLO Low Temperature Grade Paste is recommended for induction heating and rapid heating cycles.

Its application is done by dipping of components.

EN1045 Working Range
FH10 600 - 800oC

 

This is a white general purpose silver brazing flux paste. It is intended for use with low silver content filler metals and on components where brazing times will be protracted.  

EASY-FLO Medium Temperature Grade Flux Paste is used on most common engineering metals (excluding aluminium) and with lower silver content filler metals. 

It performs well with extended heating and at the top of its working range.

EASY-FLO High Temperature Grade Flux Paste is a silver brazing flux, which performs well with extended heating and at the top of its working range.

It is used on most common engineering metals (excluding aluminium). It has good ‘temperature-time stability’ and overheat resistance.

EASY-FLO High Temperature Grade Flux Paste is well recommended for vertical hold on components.

This is a white general purpose silver brazing flux paste. It is intended for use with low silver content filler metals and on components where brazing times will be protracted.  This flux conforms to EN1045 FH10.

EASY-FLO Stainless Steel Grade Flux Powder is recommended where a higher fluoride content boosts activity. It is also suitable for most common engineering metals and on certain aerospace work.

A specialised silver brazing flux for aluminium bronze and copper alloys with 2-10% aluminium where standard fluxes are unable to dissolve surface aluminium oxide.

EASY-FLO Aluminium Bronze Grade Flux Paste is recommended for silver brazing of aluminium bronze and copper alloys where the formation of aluminium oxide prevents standard fluxes from working successfully.
