Johnson Matthey has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2025. It summarises our financial and non-financial performance for the year ending 31st March 2025, including progress against our strategy and our sustainability commitments.
This follows JM’s recent full year results and the company’s agreement to sell its Catalyst Technologies business to Honeywell for £1.8bn on 22nd May 2025.

One that is leaner in structure and sharper in execution.”
