BPC-307 is a third generation Buchwald palladacycle containing the highly bulky and electron rich phosphine ligand, di(adamantyl)-n-butylphosphine. P(Ad)2(nBu) is a versatile phosphine ligand for Suzuki coupling of aryl halides with sterically hindered substrates (1), α-arylation of ketones (2), and a variety of carbonylative cross coupling reactions.
