Hydrogen hexachloroiridate(IV), also known as chloroiridic acid or CIA, is a chloride based iridium salt in the 4+ oxidation state.

Application
Hydrogen hexachloroiridate(IV) is a common precursor for other iridium salts. It is also used to prepare stable electrodes for the chloralkali process.
