Enzyme kits

Johnson Matthey manufactures a comprehensive range of biocatalysts to support the development of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and other fine chemicals from initial screening to commercial-scale supply. Our enzyme kit options are made up of enzymes for keto reduction such as alcohol dehydrogenases (ADHs) and ene reductases (ENEs) for C=C double bond reductions. We also provide enzyme kits for reductive amination such as transaminases (TAs), imine reductases (IREDs) and amine dehydrogenases (AmDHs) 

The enzymes in these kits have been selected for their great activity on a wide selection of substrates and over a wide range of pH, accommodating the different synthetic needs of our customers. Each enzyme kit is supplied with a product guide containing all the information needed to work with our enzymes. Even if your experience utilizing enzymes is limited, the product guide provides you with step-by-step instructions to easily integrate enzymes into your experiment.
