Karen joined JM in January 2020 as Group Financial Controller and became interim Chief Financial Officer in November 2020. Karen has extensive finance experience and joined JM from Babcock plc where she was Finance Director for the Aviation Sector. She has held a number of financial positions including Group Treasurer, Group Tax Director and Finance Director for Asia, Middle East and Africa and Southern Europe at Amec Foster Wheeler.

Karen is a qualified chartered accountant and trained at Arthur Andersen.
