Building Public Trust Award for People Reporting in the FTSE 100

Johnson Matthey has won the PwC Building Public Trust Award for People Reporting in the FTSE 100

The award recognises the extent to which the information we make publicly available enables our stakeholders to make a balanced evaluation of the strength of our human capital management and employment practices.

What made Johnson Matthey stand out was its honesty and authenticity

The judging panel considers both the breadth and quality of reporting and how descriptions of people strategy relate to overall business performance. “What made Johnson Matthey stand out was its honesty and authenticity," says Gaenor Bagley, Executive Board Member at PwC UK.

“On behalf of the team who work on the annual report, I am delighted that we have been recognised with this award," says Ruth Gardner, Senior HR Officer at Johnson Matthey. “It is given to acknowledge trust and transparency in corporate reporting, which aligns with our core value of integrity."
