UK Process Engineering Development Program (PEDP)

Our Engineers are catalysing the net zero transition by helping to decarbonise the chemical industry. We provide high performance catalysts that increase plant efficiency, and we design and license flowsheets that enable more efficient processes and unlock new solutions for the net zero transition. Our technologies are used in the production of many everyday products from construction materials and engineering polymers, to cosmetics and personal care products, to fuels, foods, fertilisers and pharmaceuticals.

We're looking for chemical engineering graduates to join us. You will be enrolled onto the IChemE Accredited Company Training Scheme (ACTS) - the Process Engineering Development Program (PEDP). • Four year programme spending time at both our Teesside and Paddington offices covering a range of process engineering activities.
  • You will be involved in a variety of tasks, from designing world-scale licensed technologies, to developing the next generation of catalysts in our processes, and supporting international clients at their operating sites.
  • Exemption from Stage 2 (Initial Professional Development) of the IChemE 3-stage chartership process on completion of our ACTS.
  • Entry requirements: all applicants must be studying Chemical Engineering at MEng level and must be expecting a 2-1 or above
  • Recruitment opens September 2023.
