News: Johnson Matthey Plc (the “Company”) announces that following the conclusion of a competitive tender process led by the Company’s Audit Committee and as disclosed in the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, the Company’s Board has approved the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) as the external auditor for the financial year commencing 1 April 2018.
