Experience and contribution

Annette joined having spent much of her career at Pilkington Glass in a variety of leadership roles in its businesses and corporate function, including time working in Japan and South East Asia. Since joining JM, she has been instrumental in reshaping our approach to growing talent, developing our leaders and engaging and energising our people.

Annette’s deep experience and her understanding of JM is key to delivering the right culture as we transform our business and deliver our strategy.
